Nike Releasing 5 Must-Have Air Force 1 Collaborations

Nike celebrating the 35th anniversary of the Air Force 1 by releases five must-have collaborations while highlighting its most important colorway: white-on-white.

“The triple white is the most ubiquitous of all Air Force 1s, and it’s the one that transcends gender, socioeconomic status, cultures — everyone wears the white-on-white,” Al Baik, senior creative director of Nike Sportswear footwear, explained to Footwear News. “You can be a millionaire or you could be a 15-year-old kid and still wear that ‘07 classic.”

According to Footwear News, these 5 collaborations are with rappers, record labels and designer. They are releasing each one on different dates before the year is over. The sneaker is much more than a basketball shoe and Nike understands that. Baik comments on the Air Force 1 being such a diverse shoe to so many people, and it continues to grow.
