Apple is currently urging all customers to arrive early at their retail stores this upcoming November, because the 10th anniversary model will be in-stock at every Apple Store location. For many, this is good news overall, being that some would rather purchase the item in-store instead of ordering it online.
According to The Verge, they said, “In past installments, Apple didn’t have enough iPhone stock at its retail stores since most of it was reserved online. Such as for example the iPhone 7 Plus, which completely sold out on the first day of launch in 2016, being that Apple had a short supply and miscalculated the demand for the phone.”
The Verge also goes on to say that “Apple may only ship out half the number of iPhone X’s it planned to this year because of the stock shortage.”
The iPhone X will be available for pre-order at 12:01 a.m on October 27 from Apple, as well as some online retailers and the official launch date will be on November 3!
