Kelendria (Kelly) Trene Rowland is a television personality, singer, and actor. She became well-known in the late 1990s when she was a part of one of the best-selling girl groups in the world, Destiny's Child. In 2002, Rowland made her solo studio album debut with Simply Deep, which peaked at number one on the UK Albums Chart and sold over 3 million copies globally, during the group's three-year break. The UK top-five successes "Stole" and "Can't Nobody" were among them, as was the Billboard Hot 100 number-one single "Dilemma" (co-written with Nelly). In addition, Rowland dabbled in acting, landing lead parts in The Seat Filler (2005) and Freddy vs. Jason (2003).
