Patrick Chukwuemeka Okogwu better known by his stage name Tinie (formerly Tinie Tempah), is a British rapper and singer. In October 2010, he dropped his debut album, Disc-Overy, following the release of several mixtapes. The album debuted at number one on the charts and was certified platinum the following year. It was preceded by two British number-one singles, "Pass Out" and "Written in the Stars". For Best British Breakthrough Act and Best British Single, he received two Brit Awards. He released Demonstration, his second album, in November 2013. Top ten hits "Trampoline" and "Children of the Sun" preceded the album, which peaked at number three on the charts and earned a gold certification from the BPI the following year. He released "Not Letting Go," the lead single off his third album Youth, in June 2015. With this, Tinie surpassed Dizzee Rascal as the most successful UK rapper with his sixth number one.
