Vans x David Bowie Collection Rumors are True

Last year in April, leaked images of the Vans x David Bowie collection began circulating.

According to Reddit, it began with the Hunky DorySlip-On 47 V DX model leak. Then in December, they leaked the Old Skool model which features read lightning bolts on a white sneaker to commemorate his Ziggy Stardust alter ego persona.

They finally announced that the sneakers will be releasing but you have to sign up to be alerted with the official date.

No word yet on how many sneakers will actually be in the Vans x David Bowie collection.

Each of the sneakers will commemorate him and his albums: Space Oddity, Hunky Dory, Ziggy Stardust, and Aladdin Zane.

The exact date is still a rumor, and while Reddit user “SonnyDayRealEstate” says it’s April 4th and HypeBeast says it’s April 5th, assuming there are no surprises we can rest assured they’ll be coming in April.

The prices will be set between $65 and $80 USD which is a great price for a collection of this magnitude. Start saving those pennies!
