With the U.S Open and FIBA World Cup Tournament being held, we know this week is one for the books. These are some of the best sneaker drops happening in celebration of the tournaments.
Nike Court Lite 2
Retail:$75
Nike is getting set to release a soft pallete colorway of the Court Lite 2 in celebration of the 2019 U.S Open. The sneaker features a white leather upper canvas and an off white outsole. The Nike Court logo is stitched on each heel and touched with “Your Fault” and “My Point” written on each insole. The Nike Court Lite 2 was released Tuesday, August 20 and is now available at Nike SNKRS and retailers.
Adidas Yeezy 500 “Bone White”

The Yeezy 500 is making a return in a Bone White colorway. They have been of the most popular sneakers for the past two years which is why West continues to release new versions of the chunky shoe. With an all white upper mesh and suede overlays, these came just in time for the fall. The Adidas Yeezy 500 Bone White’s are set to release August 24 at Yeezy supply, Adidas.com and select retailers.
Nike Air Zoom Vapor X Kyrie 5 “NYC”

Also set to release August 24th are the Air Zoom Vapor X Kyrie 5’s which coincide with the US Open. The Australian tennis Allstar Nick Kyrgios will be sporting the pair at the upcoming matches. The toe is inspired by NYC which explains the graphics, touched with a neon green swoosh and bright purple lining. The Kyrie 5’s will be available at Nike.com as well as retail locations.
Air Jordan XII FIBA
Retail:$190
Paying homage to China, Jordan brand releases a unique colorway as China host the 2019 FIBA basketball World Cup. With a sleek white canvas, and red detail on the liner and tongue this is a champion sneaker. Metallic gold pieces are also added as well as embracing China with gold characters written on the heels. The Air Jordan XII FIBA releases August 23rd and Nike SNKRS and select retailers.
