On March 27, after much anticipation, Joyner Lucas is finally set to release his new album ADHD.

Lucas first announced the project in October 2018, back when he was still signed to Atlantic Records. Due to unfortunate circumstances, he parted ways with the label last year, a move that ended up delaying the release of the album.

So far, leading up to the release, the Massachusettsrapper already released eight tracks from the ADHD projects, three of the album tracks “I Love,” “ISIS” feat. Logic and “Broke and Stupid” appeared on the Hip-Hop charts.

Expect 2020 to be a big year for Joyner Lucas. According to an interview with Zane Lowe, Lucas said “He will be one of the most consistent artists of 2020.”

PARTYNEXTDOOR, PARTYMOBILE

PARTYNEXTDOOR is releasing his first new album in four years. PARTYMOBILE, the follow-up to the Canadian singer and songwriter previous project PARTYNEXTDOOR, is out March 27.

The project has been supported by released singles including “The News,” “Split Decision,” and the Drake collab song,”Loyal,” which later included a visual and a remix with Urban Latino artist Bad Bunny.

Jessie Reyez, Before Love Came To Kill Us

Singer/songwriter Jessie Reyez is releasing her debut studio album. It’s called Before Love Came to Kill Us and it’s set to release March 27. Ahead of the upcoming studio album, Reyez had released her single “Love in the Dark” along with a visual directed by Se Oh.

Prior to releasing “Love in the Dark,” Reyez shared her song “Far Away,” which shines light on the brutal separation of families at the hands of ICE. The visual depicts two lovers torn apart at the border overlaid with video snippets of Donald Trump.

Joey Trap, Champ!

Secret Superstar Joey Trap is set to release his third project of 2020. Titled CHAMP!, the new tape showcases Joey’s diverse taste in production – he likes echoing 808s, plinking percussion, and earworm-y guitar lines.

The project is a follow-up to January’s Wild West and February’s STFU. Before the release, Joey offers an inside glimpse of the events leading up to the release. With his third project of the year, Joey looks to level up, and make 2020 memorable.

CHAMP! is set to release on March 27.

Knxwledge, 1988

The producer Knxwledge is set to release his new album 1988 on March 27. Ahead of the upcoming studio album, Knxwlege released two singles, “Listen” and “Howtokope.”

1988 is the follow up to Knxwledge’s official debut album Hud Dreems which came out in 2015. The same year Hud Dreems was released, Knx worked with known acts such as Kendrick Lamar on To Pimp a Butterfly, earning the producer his first Grammy. A duo with singer Anderson .Paak called “Suede,” which became a viral hit, leading the singer to R&B stardom.

1988 will be released as 1/LP vinyl, and also as a box set containing the album, 10-inch EP, and 7-inch single.

Joey Cool, Coolie High, Vol.2
