Kasina x Nike Collab and More for this Week's Sneaker Releases

As the seasons begin to change, the fashion goes with it. These upcoming fall months are filled with new releases sneaker heads like myself are excited for. This week’s releases feature a Nike Kobe 5 Protro player exclusive for Houston Rockets forward/center P.J Tucker, a new concept Air Jordan 13, Nike Dunk High Michigan 2020, and a Nike collaboration with EunHyuk Lee, founder of the street fashion brand Kasina.

The official color-way for this shoe is Varsity Maize/Midnight Navy-Midnight Navy. The style of this shoe is very simplistic yet very stylish. This shoe features a smooth leather material on the entirety of the upper portion in both the midnight navy and varsity maize color way. The white rubber outsole features small neat stitching in midnight navy along with the soles of the shoe. The laces and Nike swoosh are also in midnight navy. The Nike Dunk High Michigan 2020 is set to release on September 23, 2020 for a retail price of $120. You can pick them up early on sites like StockX with prices variating on the sizes.

This new concept Air Jordan 13 has some slight resemblance to the Ray Allen PE 13s that released back in July 2011. The official colorway for these 13s are “White/Black” and “Lucky Green.” The tumbled leather with the signature Jordan 13 dimples on the side panels is in white. Also featured in black, the rubber outsole round outs and the inner lining of the tongue and inner lining. This shoe is set to release on September 26, 2020 for a retail price of $190. Founded in 1997 by former pro skateboarder EunHyuk Lee, Kasina is a streetwear brand breaking barriers in South Korea. This is the second colorway of the Kasina and Nike dunk collaboration, the new shoe concept is Sail/University Gold-Industrial blue. The industrial blue suede featured on this shoe draws inspiration from the 1980s Korean transport, modeling the shoe after vintage Seoul buses. The white tumbled leather featured on the shoe is complimented by the suede overlays in industrial blue and the university gold Nike swoosh. This shoe is releasing on September 25, 2020 for a retail price of $120. Available on StockX with prices varying by size.

Houston Rocket’s P.J Tucker is renowned across the NBA for his game shoes. These past few seasons he has been sharing his impressive sneaker collection that has accumulated over the years. The official color way for his own Kobe 5 PE is Particle Grey/Light Cream-Sail-White. This shoe has a couple unique features going on like the slime neon green laces, purple inner lining, baby blue toe-box overlapping the particle grey, the dark red heel compliment and the polka dotted Nike Swoosh. The light cream that can be seen on both the midsole and outsole of the shoe helps to breakup the colors. The upper also features the white and particle grey overlay.
