Following his success as a professional dancer, Woody McClain started developing original content for social media and soon discovered that he had a talent for making people laugh. After his rendition of Kevin Hart's "Permission to Cuss" skit went viral and attracted Hart's notice, Woody signed a content production deal with HartBeat Digital, Hart's production firm, in December 2015. After being assigned to audition for BET's The New Edition Story, Woody's first acting endeavor proved to be wildly successful as he was cast in the lead part of Bobby Brown. He recently committed to returning to BET's Bobby Brown Story as Bobby Brown. Next, he'll be seen in "MayMay," which is slated for release in February 2018, on Canal Street's giant screen. His next endeavors also include a part in the USA television series "Unsolved," which is presently under production. In addition to acting, Woody is executive producing Stories with Kev, his creation. In a Netflix series based on the most famous anecdotes and stand-up routines from Kevin Hart, he has partnered with Hart to play Kevin. Every Friday, Hart's top-rated streaming video service "Laugh Out Loud" releases new episodes.
