This week’s Heat Check releases have sneakers that are sure to grab the attention of the sneaker community. With new concept sneakers and collaboration projects dropping, the holiday season is the optimal time to cop some great shoes. Featured this week is the Air Jordan 11 Jubilee 25th Anniversary, and new concepts like the J Balvin x Air Jordan 1 High. We have an Ambush x Nike Dunk High release featuring the active fuchsia version and black and white version, and the Adidas Yeezy Boost 380 Hylte.
Adidas Yeezy Boost 380 Hylte
The official colorway for this new concept Adidas Yeezy Boost 380 is Hylte. This sneaker is one of multiple projected sneaker releases in the 2020 Yeezy holiday lineup. The upper for this sneaker is featured in a neon yellow with a lateral lime accent on the outer midsole of the shoe. The dark grey boost cushioned sole, iconic on every yeezy boost, rounds out this design. This sneaker is also featured in a Hylte glow version, which releases on December 11, 2020, for a retail price of $250. The Hylte non-glow version releases on December 12, 2020 for $230 and can be found on sites like GOAT and StockX for variated prices.
J Balvin x Air Jordan 1 High
The official colorway for this new Air Jordan 1 concept is multi-color, black-pink, and foam-multi-color. This special Air Jordan 1 is the very first collaboration between a Latino Artist and the Jordan brand. The entire upper of this shoe is in multi-color, which features jagged edged and cloud-like cutouts seeping out of the stitching. The Jumpman logo on the left foot tongue tag has been replaced by the artist’s own smiley face logo. Also featured on this shoe are multiple interchangeable patches, enabling wearers to customize each pair to their own liking. This shoe is going to release on December 8, 2020, for a retail price of $200.
Ambush x Nike Dunk High Active Fuchsia
The official colorway for this Nike Dunk High is active fuchsia and lethal pink. The premium leather upper of this shoe is featured entirely in the bright shade of lethal pink and active fuchsia combination. This shoe has a dual branded tongue tag with the AMBUSH branding on the heels and an extended rubber swoosh on the side panels. The sole and midsole for this shoe are also featured in the variated pink color ways. This is only half of the Ambush x Nike Dunk collaboration and will release on December 11, 2020, for a retail price of $120, and can be purchased on both GOAT and StockX with prices depending on size.
Ambush x Nike Dunk High Black White
The official colorway for this Nike Dunk High is white, black, and Spruce Aura. The upper of this shoe featured in a premium leather material with a white leather base and black overlays. This shoe uniquely features AMBUSH branding on the lower heels of this sneaker and rubber swooshes that extend past the heels. The sole and midsoles are featured in white rubber. Releasing on December 11, 2020, for a retail price of $120, this sneaker is the other half of the Ambush x Nike collaboration. You can purchase these sneakers on StockX with prices depending on size.
Air Jordan 11 Jubilee (25th Anniversary)
The official colorway for this Air Jordan 11 is black, clear, white, and metallic silver. This 25th-anniversary version of this shoe is for sure a special release. The upper of this design is in black and black patent leather with a metallic silver jump man near the heel of the shoe. Also featured in metallic silver is “JORDAN” spelled out across the shoelace eyelets. The midsole of this shoe is in white with the sole being featured in clear. The original Air Jordan 11 debuted in 1995 after Michael Jordan’s first retirement and this version is meant to mark and celebrate one of the most beloved sneakers in the history of basketball. This shoe is going to release on December 12, 2020, for a retail price of $220. It will be available for purchase on sites like StockX and GOAT, and retailers such as Footlocker and Champs.
