Heaux Tales, Jazmine Sullivan
After six-year hiatus, Jazmine Sullivan has released her full-length project entitled Heaux Tales. The project comes after 2015’s Reality Show, which debuted at No. 12 on the U.S. Billboard 200. Taking time off from release a full-length project, the R&B singer appeared on the HBO series Insecure soundtrack. With Heaux Tales out now, Sullivan looks to start the year great with her third studio album’s success. The 14-track collection features a single “Girl Like Me’” featuring H.E. R, with guest appearances from Ari Lennox and Anderson. Paak.
Griselda & BSF: Conflicted (original Motion Picture Soundtrack), Griselda
Already securing their spot in the rap game, Griselda Records looks to add movies to their catalog. This year, the hip-hop label announced their debut film called Conflicted, scheduled to hit Pay Per View on January 15. The group will drop a soundtrack with guest appearances from Dave East, Armani Caesar, Lloyd Banks, and more. Click here to check out the official trailer.
“AMEN”, Desiigner
After a long 2020, rapper Desiigner counted his blessings on his new single “AMEN” after leaving Kanye West’s GOOD Music label last year. The Brooklyn rapper has taken a different route business-wise by going independent. Having not released a full-length project since 2018, Desiigner gears up to start the new year off with his single ”AMEN.”
Delicate Limbs, Virgil Abloh
Off-White founder Virgil Abloh teams up with Serpentwithfeet on his latest single, “Delicate Limbs.” The fashion designer is very well known in the rap community for his album cover art and produced tracks. Alboh releases his first single of the year to expand his music presence.
