El Dorado is 24kGoldn’s debut studio album. The album’s name comes from his nickname “El Dorado,” a term given to him as a child by his mom’s coworkers. For those who don’t’ know, El Dorado translates to “The Golden One,” a meaning he would use later in life for his stage name. During an online interview with Apple, he discussed the importance of his debut studio album. “The album is about love and loss,” he said.
