9th Wonder Joins Faculty at Roc Nation School of Music, Sports & Entertainment at LIU
Roc Nation and Long Island University announced that super-producer 9th Wonder has joined the Roc Nation School of Music faculty, Sports & Entertainment as a visiting professor and artist in residence, teaching courses in hip-hop history and the making of an album starting the Fall 2021 semester.

Super Producer 9th Wonder Joins Faculty at Roc Nation School Of Music, Sports & Entertainment
Roc Nation and Long Island University announced that super-producer 9th Wonder has joined the Roc Nation School of Music faculty, Sports & Entertainment as a visiting professor and artist in residence, teaching courses in hip-hop history and the making of an album starting the Fall 2021 semester.
The legendary producer has worked with the likes of JAY-Z, Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Destiny’s Child, Chris Brown, and many more. He has also taught at Duke University and Harvard University.
In August 2020, Roc Nation and Long Island University established the Roc Nation School of Music, Sports & Entertainment to begin Fall 2021. The school will prepare students for a wide range of careers in performance, entrepreneurship, all aspects of music, and sports business management. Students will engage with university professors, alongside visiting guest artists and lectures, while participating in immersive internships, ensuring they graduate with both hands-on experience and a network of professional contacts.
9th Wonder joins award-winning soprano saxophonist Sam Newsome and renowned baritone vocalist Colin Levin on the growing roster of exceptional artists who will provide hands-on instruction to students of the Roc Nation School.
