Same Energy, Bizzy Banks
You have seen Bizzy Banks on Faith, the second posthumous album from the late Brooklyn star Pop Smoke. Banks, who got to know Pop before his passing, appears on the Faith track “30.” Today, the East New York rapper has released his mixtape entitled Same Energy. Bizzy’s new mixtape gives listeners insight into the rapper’s punchlines and lyrics. The mixtape features guest appearances from PnB Rock and Leeky G Bando.
Moon Boy, Yung Bleu
Sky’s the limit for Alabama singer Yung Bleu after his debut album, Moon Boy. Bleu had a successful year in 2020 after his hit single. You’re Mines Still featuring Drake. The album gives a romantic theme as Yung Bleu exercises his vocals and more. Doubling down, Bleu has a star-studded tracklist with features from Gunna, Big Sean, and more.
We’re All Alone In This Together, Dave
South West London rapper Dave released his highly anticipated sophomore studio album, We’re All Alone In This Together. The album comes as follows up to PSYCHODRAMA, which won album of the year at the Brit Awards. Before the release, Dave dropped the singles bundle Titanium & Mercury in April 2021 as a teaser to his sophomore album.
Blu Boyz, Young Dolph ft. Key Glock & Snupe Bandz
Today, indie titan & Paper Route EMPIRE label boss Young Dolph announced PAPER ROUTE iLLUMMINATi, a compilation tape ushering in the new era of PRE. Releasing next Friday, 7/30, the project features contributions from the label’s large and growing roster, with new songs by Memphis favorites. In addition to the announcement, the label released Blu Boyz by Dolph featuring Key Glock & Snupe Bandz.
