Rumors are swirling online about Jay-Z and Beyoncé possibly being under investigation following Diddy's arrest. Diddy's recent legal issues have certainly captured the spotlight, leaving many wondering if other high-profile names might be dragged into the mix.
The former Bad Boy CEO was arrested in New York City, nearly a year after Cassie filed a scathing lawsuit against the music mogul accusing him of years of abuse.
According to NBC News, Diddy is charged in the indictment with a racketeering conspiracy, allegedly using his business to commit various crimes, including sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice. Diddy has denied all criminal wrongdoing, vying to fight the charges in court.
“He is an imperfect person but is not a criminal. To his credit Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation,” Diddy’s attorney Marc Agnifilo said.

Now, fans of Jay-Z and Beyoncé have been buzzing with speculation about the couple’s connection to the embattled music mogul.
Are Jay-Z and Beyoncé being investigated?
Rumors about Diddy’s connections with some of Hollywood’s biggest names – including Jay-Z and Beyoncé – are circulating online. It's not unusual for major celebrities to get caught in the web of rumors, especially when a big name like Diddy faces legal issues.
However, there's no solid evidence to support the claim that the couple is involved in any legal trouble. The indictment that led to Diddy’s arrest also listed a number of associates, and neither Jay nor Beyoncé were listed in the document.
Jay and Beyoncé’s connection to Diddy was brought into question after an Instagram page posted an alleged apology from Beyoncé. The audio clip, which appears to have been made using artificial intelligence features a woman apologizing for attending Diddy’s parties. “My involvement in those parties was primarily for entertainment purposes,” the person said. “I had no idea about any of that terrible stuff going on.”
Netizens immediately questioned the authenticity of the clip, taking to the comments to slam the blog page for posting the alleged audio message from Beyoncé.
“B would never. This audio fake af,” one person commented. While another wrote, “This sounds like a mash up of different speeches 🧐And AI.”
Jay-Z and Beyoncé have been friendly with Diddy for years.
Jay-Z and Beyoncé have previously worked with Diddy, and they appeared to once have a close business and personal relationship with the Bad Boy founder. Jay and Diddy collaborated on the 1997 track “Young G’s,” and they have remained close over the years.
Similarly, Beyoncé has been photographed with Diddy and they appeared to be cordial prior to the mogul’s arrest.
However, neither star has spoken out about Diddy’s arrest. As of now, no official reports link Jay or Beyoncé to any investigations related to Diddy's arrest. Meanwhile, Diddy has been hit with a new slate of allegations.
On October 1, 120 additional victims came forward to accuse Diddy of various crimes, according to TMZ.
