The Broadway Dream

Before becoming known as 'Lucas Sinclair' Caleb pursued his dreams on the stage. His acting debut happened at Glimmerglass Opera House with a production called "Lost in the Stars."

However, it was on Broadway where he truly made a mark!

From 2012 to 2014 he commanded the stage as Young Simba in "The Lion King" earning him the deserved title of 'King of the Pride Lands.'

"I remember watching 'The Lion King' with my parents. I looked at Simba. Thought, 'Yes that's who I want to be '" Caleb shared during an interview.

Guess what?

Dreams can indeed come true.

After enduring auditions, he finally landed that coveted role. Hakuna Matata didn't have a fighting chance!

Journey to Stranger Things

He wasn't only conquering Broadway; he also graced our television screens. He made guest appearances in Blue Bloods, Forever, and Law & Order. The real turning point came in 2016 when he embraced the role of Lucas Sinclair in Stranger Things.

Working With LeBron

Who do you think stole the show in Peacock's movie "Shooting Stars"? It's none other than McLaughlin, who rocked the role of Lil Dru!

"Shooting Stars" is based on his memoir from 2009, which he co-wrote with renowned author Buzz Bissinger. The story revolved around LeBron James and his knit group of school friends known as the Fab Four. It takes us on a captivating journey through James' dreams and ambitions in basketball.
