Jahi Di’Allo Winston’s Career Trajectory

Jahi’s star is rising and rising as we speak. Working as a child actor since he was 11, the star has worked hard to be in the position he is in currently.

His first professional role occurred in 2016 when Jahi was 13. He starred as Andre in Feed the Beast. The life-changing opportunity lasted for nine episodes.

For those people who are fans of ‘80s and ‘90s R&B singing groups, they might want to check out Jahi’s role in the television series The New Edition Story. While Jahi only appeared in two episodes, his talent and presence were certainly felt by both Black television fans and fans of New Edition.

In 2017, when Jahi turned 14, Winston landed even more roles including The Upside, where he played the character Anthony Scott, and the television movie Libby and Malcolm, in which he played MJ Black.

Then 2018 came around the bend. With the new year came new opportunities. Among the most prestigious roles was the opportunity to play opposite Oscar nominee Taraji P. Henson in Proud Mary. In addition to that career-making role, Jahi also spent the year starring in various roles.
