The Las Vegas strip is getting more cultured in 2024, as a string of R&B and hip-hop acts have signed up for residencies in the beloved city.

These stars will bring a fresh wave of energy and excitement to the entertainment capital of the world – which previously housed singers like Usher and Janet Jackson.

With elaborate stage productions and state-of-the-art visuals, Vegas residencies have become an immersive experience for fans of all backgrounds.

In 2024, some of today’s biggest names are headed to Sin City. These rap and R&B hitmakers are raising the bar for live entertainment in Vegas. Here is a list of every act coming to the strip in 2024.

Wu-Tang Clan

Days before Christmas 2023, Wu-Tang Clan announced that they would be headed to Las Vegas for a limited run. “Are you ready? Wu-Tang Clan: The Saga Continues… The Las Vegas Residency,” the group wrote on Instagram. “The Theater at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas will be the home of the Wu-Tang experience starting Super Bowl weekend.”

However, their stint will be limited. The legendary hip-hop group is slated to perform on Feb. 9 and 10, and March 22 and 23. Tickets for the show are available now, starting at $65.

New Edition

For fans of R&B music, New Edition's residency in Las Vegas is an opportunity to relive the magic of their favorite songs. New Edition has been an active singing group since the 1980s with no signs of slowing down. Starting Feb. 28, the iconic R&B collective will bring their smooth sounds and crowd-pleasing dance moves to Las Vegas.

“Fulfilling a career-long dream to solidify ourselves with a residency performance in the entertainment capital of the world, we are beyond excited to embark on this fantastical journey at the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas,” the group said in a statement (per Billboard).

Tickets for the show, which runs until March 9, are available now.

Jodeci

Jodeci is coming to the House of Blues at the Mandalay Bay for a show-stopping performance of their biggest hits.

Jodeci's residency in Las Vegas promises to be a nostalgic experience for fans of the R&B group. Titled "The Party, The After Party," the residency is set to showcase Jodeci's greatest hits, transporting audiences back to the heyday of 90s R&B.

General admission seats for the residency start at $76, with dates available in March and July.

T-Pain

If you’re looking for a stress-free good time in Las Vegas, T-Pain will be headlining shows at Zouk Nightclub at Resorts World.

The “Buy U a Drank” singer has dates scheduled in February, April, and July – with tickets available for just $30. T-Pain joins a host of other rappers who are scheduled to perform at the club that is housed inside the famed Resorts World Hotel.

“Full speed towards 2024,” the rapper said on Instagram. “I’m proud to officially announce that I’m kicking off my first ever Vegas residency at @zoukgrouplv and @ayudayclub.”

While T-Pain is only slated to perform on a select number of shows, he seems to be open to adding more dates.

Mariah Carey has announced her highly anticipated residency, "The Celebration of Mimi," which kicks off April 12 at Dolby Live inside Park MGM.

Her residency in Las Vegas is slated to offer an intimate journey through the singer's 30-year career. Surprisingly, tickets for the residency are very affordable. Fans can grab seats for as low as $94 with increasing costs for a closer view of the stage.
