Ermias Joseph Asghedom, known professionally as Nipsey Hussle was murdered in 2019, and since then, his wife Lauren London has been vocal about keeping his legacy alive.
One way Nipsey's legacy is guaranteed to live on is through his children, and it appears he prepared a comfortable life for them before his passing through his estate, which has now been settled.
Nipsey's life was centered around his music and family — so it is no surprise that his children came first when it came down to who inherited his assets.

Nipsey Hussle's kids are the primary beneficiaries of his estate.
Nipsey had two kids at the time of his death — his daughter Emani Asghedom, whom he shared with ex-Tanisha Foster, and his son with Lauren London.
According to reports, the negotiations over Nipsey's estate finally came to a close recently, and it has been finalized that his son and daughter are his two sole beneficiaries.
Nipsey's estate is valued at over $11 million and includes 100% interest in The Marathon Clothing Inc. and his trademark portfolio, a 2012 Chevy Suburban, 100% membership interest in All Money Inc., 100% interest in Marathon Studios, and 100% interest in The Marathon Touring, — along with various other companies and businesses.
Lauren will be awarded 50% of the cash and non-cash assets on behalf of Kross, per People, along with an additional $113,000 to offset payments made for Emani's "health, education, and other matters."
"In my life now, anything that I do I want it to have purpose and I want it to be intentional," Lauren told E! News of Nipsey's legacy. "I hope that he would be proud that I am taking a chance on myself. Any and everything I do will always be attributed to him in my heart."
Nipsey's brother revealed his assets have doubled since his death.
Nipsey's brother Samiel Asghedom (Blacc Sam), who also served as administrator of the estate, and his family were awarded Emani's guardianship alongside 50% of assets on her behalf.
Blacc Sam shared with Earn Your Leisure podcast hosts Troy Millings and Rashad Bilal that although Emani and Kross attained the property rights and ownership to benefit them in the future, the value of the property has already doubled.
Additionally, it was disclosed earlier this year that Puma continues to contribute to a trust fund for the rapper's children, demonstrating ongoing support for the family even after Nipsey's tragic passing.
Eric Holder, the man convicted of assassinating Nipsey Hussle, was sentenced to 60 years in prison. Holder was found guilty of first-degree murder, plus two counts of attempted voluntary manslaughter, and two counts of assault with a firearm.
