A year after teasing the release of their joint album, Future and Metro Boomin have announced plans to drop two new projects in 2024. We Don’t Trust You will drop on March 22, and another album is scheduled to be released on April 12.
The hip-hop duo has consistently delivered chart-topping hits that have captivated fans worldwide. The pair have formed a solid relationship, which Metro believes is the secret behind their success.
“You know, Pluto, that's my brother,” Metro told FLAUNT. “We’ve been at it for a long time. This whole superhero moment, it’s like the beginning of our phase two. We haven’t had a song out since 'Mask Off,' they’ve been on our heads.”

5. "Blow a Bag" (2015)
“Blow a Bag" is one of Future and Metro Boomin’s milder creations. The song is featured on the Atlanta rapper’s album, DS2, but wasn't released as a single. With its catchy hook and hard-hitting beat, this deep cut became a fan favorite amongst O.G. Future fans.

4. "Karate Chop (Remix)” (2013)
Originally released as a solo track by Future, the "Karate Chop" remix featuring Lil Wayne was a hit thanks to Metro Boomin's production. During an interview with XXL, Metro opened up about creating the beat for Future, which he made during his freshman year of college.
“I moved to Atlanta I just started going to the studio with Future like every day,” Metro explained. “So one day, I didn’t come, and when I showed up the next day he played ‘Karate Chop.’”

Featured on Drake and Future's collaborative mixtape What a Time to Be Alive, this track produced by Metro Boomin combines a catchy beat and a memorable hook.

2. "Low Life" (2016)
This standout track from Future's EVOL features The Weeknd and boasts Metro Boomin's signature production style. The song was released in 2016 and it enjoyed moderate commercial success. “Low Life” spent 38 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, peaking at No. 18. Furthermore, the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) certified the song 8x platinum after it sold more than 8 million units.
1. “Mask Off” (2017)
Released in 2017 as part of Future's self-titled album, “Mask Off” became an instant anthem. The song, produced by Metro Boomin, blends Future's mumble rap flow with Metro's signature trap sound.
