During that time, he and his friend Chad Hugo built their production skills and eventually established themselves as The Neptunes. Pharrell has maintained a hectic career, though he’s never too busy for the love of his life, his wife Helen Lasichanh. The couple has been married since 2013, though, as Pharrell shared in an interview with the Oprah Winfrey Network (via Town & Country Magazine), he and Helen met in the early 2000s and started as friends because she had a boyfriend.
